By Phone: Your operator will let you know if you have reward cash you can use, and will apply it to your order.
On the Web: When logged in during checkout, you will have the option to apply your reward cash to the order.

By Phone: Call one of our friendly operators and give them your account number. They will have your reward cash total.
On the Web: Log into your account and click on the "Frequent Buyer Rewards & Bonus Credits" link. Check your balance anytime!
- Frequent Buyer points are earned when items ship.
- A maximum of 9,000 points per calendar year can be acquired per customer.
- Points are not accumulated on shipping costs, gift card purchases, or redeemed amount on offer codes.
- Points will be deducted for returned items.
- Reward cash cannot be redeemed/combined with other offers or discounts, but can be combined with gift certificates.
- QUALIFYING ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED BY DECEMBER 31st of the calendar year. Back ordered items and orders shipped the following year will be applied towards next year's points total.

- Parts Unlimited, which owns the brands PARTS UNLIMITED®, DRAG SPECIALTIES®, SLIPPERY®, THOR®, THORMX®, MOOSE®, PYTHON®, ICON®, TRUKKE®, WINGLEADER®, Z1R®, ARCTIVA®, AMS® Tires, has demanded that their brands be excluded from our Frequent Buyer Program.
