Won't stay on

Comments On Apr 05, 2014:I've never had much luck with these from any brand, but decided to give it another try since Wolfman makes some great stuff. However, after several attempts to tighten the straps sufficiently and keep it secure in rough terrain, no luck. Even tried using pliers to grab the straps and tighten. It seems the only way to keep one of these secure is to rivet or bolt the strap hooks to your fender. Good Luck!

Didn't make it through the first ride

Comments On Oct 14, 2013:I thought I had this thing as tight as possible. I even had the front two hooks wedged between the fender and side panels. But, about 4-5 miles into an enduro I heard a strange noise, when I looked down the bag was wrapped around my rear tire and sprocket. Of corse all of tools and spares had fallen out already. I figure it was around a $100 oops. Next time I will buy a bag that bolts on.

Good at holding tools, but....

Comments On Aug 23, 2013:If you have much more than a tube the straps come loose. it would be nice if the fender bag was as secure as the rear Wolfman enduro bag is. I carry the tools for the family (wife and daughter ride with me). So I need lots of carrying places. The front fender bag straps flop around, get loose, and eventually become undone. I have tried to tuck the straps under the bag, then it is not as easy to access the bag. I have read on the net from other users that it may be a good idea to notch the fender where the strap attaches. I think I will try this, and add rubber bands for the floppy straps. All in all not bad for the price, and the material is good quality, I just wish they would have thought out the build a little more.
