RZR Moto Activ Suicide Door Kit

MARK in PA – Machine this part was bought for: 2012 POLARIS RANGER RZR S 800

Comments On Dec 21, 2012:These doors are a little challenging to install but overall I would buy them again. It took me a couple hours to get them to latch they way I wanted. I installed them on a 2010 RZR a few years ago and recently on our 2013 Polaris RZR. I like they way the latch and they are comfortable for your arm.

Great look but hard install

Justin in AL

Comments On Jun 10, 2012:These doors look amazing on my rzrs and the latches are built strong. The hard part is the install. Took a few hours just to mount and get them half way lined up. All and all i like the look but i will not buy these again.

Hinges

NATHAN in CA

Comments On Jan 08, 2012:These doors have the best latch in the market, but being all aluminum with a tiny little pin for the hinge leaves alot to be desired. One kid leaning on your door and it won't line up. Secondly, installation to get the latch to line up took hours.

Look good BUT wouldn't buy again

Alexander in UT

Comments On Aug 28, 2011:I finally got these doors installed. Out of everything I have done to my commander, installing these doors was the worst and most difficult of them all. They look nice once installed but I wouldn't buy them again just because of the problems I have had installing them and with missing hardware. first, the drivers door was made 1/2" shorter than the other door. Consequently, it wouldn't latch up with the seat belt receiver. Had to drill new holes in the latch bracket to move the entire mechanism closer to the seat belt receiver. Second, had to buy my own hardware as not all the hardware came with the door. Still waiting on the company to send some but they wont even return an email or a call. Third, I have a rattle in one of the door hinges. The hinges are welded on there into place so I am not sure how I will be able to fix the rattle. The pin within the hinge appears to be a little too small for the female portion of the hinge. Thus, it rattles. Finally, two out of the three bolts that hold the door on are in places that are extremely difficult places to work with (Pain to get tight). Could have engineered it a lot better to satisfy the people who would be installing these things (THE CUSTOMER). Now that the doors are installed, I love the look. However, I would never recommend them to anyone simply because of the problems. I have a friend that has a different brand door on his and he said they were simple to install. Took him less than 15 minutes per side. Took me over 3 hours to do because of all the problems. I would recommend staying away from these doors unless you just really need the look of them.
