They do their job

Comments On Oct 29, 2010:These will help keep your shocks in good working order. Keeping dirt and rocks from coming in contact with your shock shaft is crucial in keeping the unit functioning as intended. Make sure to line up the small holes in the velcro. This lets the shock breath when it heats up from cycling. If you dont do this the shock can overheat and fail.

Shockwears Shock Covers

Comments On Dec 10, 2007:Many people have shock covers on their quads so I figured I would try them out. Biggest waste of money. Spent about 60-75 dollars after all was said and done (front & rear) i put them on and they were easy to get on but they didnt keep out most of the dust/dirt, they actually began taking a layer of paint off the springs. I took them off instantly as soon as I found out. Unless you are planning to keep these on forever, highly not recommended.

Comments On Oct 29, 2007:They're great for cleaning up the look of the bike, especially if your springs are scratched up, but they tend to trap in sand and dirt and actually started wearing the paint off of my springs.
