Great Brakes

Comments On Feb 18, 2013:I installed the brakes with no problem. They work well. FYI- The brakes shoes come with new springs. I did not know that and I ordered new ones. The picture should show them.

Comments On Nov 26, 2010:Not much pad on shoe. Replaced 2 year old shoe that I thought had wore out because I could not adjust the cam enough that the shoe would go on and have any lever action with adjusters almost full out. I must have cable stretch. I would check this before buying. These are either cheap or I've got really bad cable stretch.....

Comments On Nov 28, 2007:These brake shoes work great. Stop as good as stock brakes. Additional Comments On Jul 10, 2009:Brake material completely seperated from both shoes causing rear wheels to lock up after 1 1/2 year of minimal riding.

Comments On Dec 21, 2007:Theese brake shoes work as well as my stock shoes did at 1/2 the price. They don't work well if they get wet but If your brake drum assembly is sealed up well you don't have to worry about that.

Comments On Nov 06, 2007:Purchased for a 1997 Kodiak. These are about the cheapest brakes you'll find. However you get what you pay for and like most cheap brakes I've had the displeasure using they are little oversized and tight even adjust all the way in. I ordered these for a friend trying to save money and had to put them on for him. Next time I would rather chip in on the brakes and get some better brake shoes even if it is for his four-wheeler!!!!!!!
