Tires are too BIG

Comments On Jan 09, 2013:They sure do look good, but I bought these as a set brand new, front steering tires and rear paddles with the STI spun aluminum wheels. For the SMALL dunes they are pretty good, but when coming down a dune or hill and to start back up, the front tires rub the fenders pretty bad. And when you need to go up a hill, plan on it taking awhile or a less of an angle route to make it back to the group, as you will loose horsepower because these are ALOT of tire and wheel for the SXS's to push up the hill. Just my honest opinion as I traded mine back in. Go for the smaller tires so you have the horses to make it up those hills everyone else is going up. Better yet if they made a 25.5" tall tire with a 12 or 13" wheel that would be ideal !! One good thing is they do have a higher stance, but you are in the sand you are not rock crawling.
