Pretty good

JOHN in GA

Comments On Jul 27, 2010:The rod holding tool worked fine. I would rather have it in a metal version (like the old ones). I am sure this carbon one is ok.

Great fit

Andrew in UT

Comments On Jan 23, 2009:Changed my fork seals and this held perfectly and did the job. Hint: watch the youtube videos on changing your fork seals before you do it and you'll have no problems.

use with care or youll be buying a new rod

KENNETH in GA

Comments On Nov 30, 2008:This tool will gouge your cartridge rod if you get it installed slightly crooked or if you get the tool slid on too far up the rod and allow the rod to retract while inside the tool. Its thin steel, and not friendly to the rod like the thick alum versions.
