Great Camera Mount

Comments On May 23, 2012:The chest mount requires some setting up, but it doesn't create any rubs, binds, and is not noticable when riding. The point of view works very well for filming while riding dirt bike or quad as you can see the handlebars and feel like you're "in" the action. Recommended!

Comments On Oct 24, 2011:This is a pretty good option if you dont want to/ cant mount your camera on your helmet. I got this for my buddies to use, but the helmet mount still provides the best perspective. This would also be good if you are riding tight trails, and dont want to have to worry about catching a branch you "think" might be out of the way. I would recommend atleast trying this if you are thinking about it.

Another way to add to the fun of making movies

Comments On Feb 11, 2010:I just got my Go Pro Chest Mount Harness from our friendly United Parcel delivery man. It comes in a nice nylon sack for storage when not in use. The straps are wide enough to be comfortable, made of good quality material, and is adjustable enough to fit most any size individual, from very large to way small. One of the features that I really like is that the plate that the camera mounts to is large enough to keep the camera stable, yet not so big that it would dig uncomfortably into your chest. Also it's in a position that makes it easy to ensure that the camera is on or off as you choose. And the view it affords, due to where the camera is mounted, looks more like what you really see when you're riding versus having the camera mounted on your helmet. So if you're into making your own movies, and want to add a different perspective to enhance what you can do, you really should consider getting one of these.
