Comments On Jun 17, 2013:The filter is pretty good, fairly thick, but its not pre oiled, its a bit sticky but i had to oil it again before i put it in the bike, just a work of warning if you pull it out of the bag and expect it to be race ready.

Comments On Jun 12, 2013:usually buy about 10 of them for each bike, so I can wash and oil them all at once, and they come pre oiled, so that's great too!

Comments On Apr 28, 2013:Calling this a pre-oiled filter is insane. If you buy this PLEASE oil it with some bel-ray for your engines sake.
The filter quality is as you'd expect and fit is always good however these should not be considered pre-oiled.
TECH NOTE: It is not recommended to mix different kinds of filter oil. No-Toil and Bel-Ray oils will not work together.

Comments On Apr 16, 2013:They are a good value but I went back to Twin Air. Fell apart after awhile and lost their shape. Just felt a bit better paying a few $$$ more and protecting my engine.

Comments On Apr 04, 2013:Wish I realized they included gloves before I finished the install. Maybe include a "package contents" section. Ended up with some dirty fingerprints on the filter, but that does not effect performance! What did effect performance was the old filter and the years of built up.
Thanks again RockymountainATVmc.com !!

Comments On Apr 04, 2013:they are cheap enough to be disposable if you dont want to clean it, yet perfectly fine to keep for a long time. i keep the same one all year since the filter quality is similar to OEM...if not better.

Comments On Apr 01, 2013:does its job! great product. I use this and the maxima pre oiled air filter as my favorites. I've used uni and other thick dual stage filters, and they restrict soo much air. Keep this filter clean and oiled and your good for race day

Comments On Apr 01, 2013:I bought this as a secondary for long week long trips when I didn't want to clean and reoil my primary for the next day(s). They are good for that, but not so much as a primary. It doesn't seem to stand up as well as the 'regular' filters.

Comments On Mar 05, 2013:The first thing I do when I buy a new bike is order up a couple of these filters. Pre-oiled with biodegradeable oil...what more can you ask for? I haven't torn one yet and installation is no different than for any other filter I've used

Comments On Feb 22, 2013:I like the fact that I just dropped it in and took off! It was ride ready and that was nice.

Comments On Feb 21, 2013:Fit is perfect, seem to offer good filtration in sand and dust condition as long as you seal bead with air cleaner grease. I like the thick foam bead around the edge of the filter, makes it seal the airbox perfectly. The best part is you don't have to oil them. I bought 2 prior to a trip to Mojave, one a day, no hassle, easy install. Just washed them after the trip and they seem to be in great shape. Good product, the price make it even better.

Comments On Feb 14, 2013:It is cheap and no wonder. On my second cleaning, the sealing foam stuck to screen and fell apart. Cleaner and foam oil are good products. Filter is not.

Comments On Jan 30, 2013:I would recommend this to anyone replacing an air filter. Mine has held up very nicely. I wash my filter about every 2-3 rides and it works like new. Just a heads up. When you wash the filter the first time the no toil oil is difficult to take off, but after a few washes it gets completely clean. Awesome filter at a very reasonable price!

Comments On Jan 31, 2013:I bought 2 of these to replace the previous TwinAir filters which I'd had for about 18 months as a precautionary measure. Bad idea, after a couple of washes and uses the filters began to fall apart, the glue holding the seams together was failing. I like using No-Toil filter oil for ease filter cleaning, but obviously they don't make very good air filters. Have since bought another pair of TwinAir's and thrown the No Toil filters in the bin.

Comments On Jan 29, 2013:Seems to seal well against the inside of the airbox and so much cheaper then others. A+

Comments On Jan 29, 2013:Great filter to have on hand as a spare. Open the package and install it. No mess no fuss. They have great cleaning, and oiling products to. Its all I run now.

Comments On Jan 29, 2013:no need to get your hands sticky with this stuff just slap it in and go. great price too. I don't know what the other people are talking about mine showed ip on time and all oil was in the filter no residue in the bag or anything just put grease on the lip before installing.

Comments On Jan 25, 2013:This air filter is for a Gas Gas 300 but they don't list the bike. The CR250R fits the same. It works great and no messy oil to spray.

Comments On Jan 25, 2013:No Toil system is more expensive than conventional filters, but it's well worth it when it comes cleaning time. No harsh chemicals or solvents, so you can pour the dirty wash water down the drain.
I had a dirty filter in a plastic bag from a Baja trip that I forgot about. I found it a year later and the adhesive on the seams of the filter had dissolved. Be sure to keep your filters clean and don't let them sit dirty.

Comments On Jan 17, 2013:These stop dirt. They are cheap enough to clean once or twice and replace. They do last longer than this but I'm lazy and tend to just put a new one on and toss the old one.

Comments On Dec 24, 2012:Its not the same size/ exact shape as the OEM Filter, but it works and I love the one for my KX250F. (that one fits perfect)

Comments On Dec 20, 2012:These filters are great! No more air filter cleaning! NICE! I hated that job...lol You get Dual Stage performance and they are pre-oiled and ready to go! Take the dirty one out, put rim sealer on the new on and put it in. That quick! Heck they even supply gloves for the change out! I always have a few extra on hand at all times and for the price you can't beat 'em! If you want a GREAT air filter with GREAT performance and hate cleaning filters look no further!

Comments On Aug 11, 2012:I found the foam shape to be a little off the standard Twin Air air filter. Ie, not a perfect fit. Still did its job though. This was for a KTM 350EXCF...

Comments On Jul 19, 2012:No Toil is my new best friend. I used to do it the hard way, thinking it "must" be better. Wrong! I've been running the No Toil system for about 5 years and have never looked back. No dust ever passes thru the filter, and cleaning is SO much easier! I've used all brands of filters with No Toil oil and cleaner and they've all worked perfectly.
(UNI filters must use the "Evolution" No-Toil filter oil)

Comments On Jul 04, 2012:I normally run TwinAir filters with no toil oil, but thought I would give one of the No Toil filters a try.....Like all other No Toil products their filters are great. I will purchase again. Thanks Rocky Mtn!!

Comments On Feb 03, 2009:This seems to be No-Toil's regular airfilter, just preoiled. I've used another brand and the No-Toil will go through alot more cleanings than the other brand.
I've been using the No-Toil products since 2000 and that's all I will use now.
Great value !
Additional Comments On Jun 14, 2012:That other brand was the Ready Filter. Ready Filter seems to be out of business as their web site is not up to date and their phone number now belongs to someone else and I get no return emails.
You get what you pay for. The No Toil filter is about half the price as a Twin Air but the Twin Air does last longer. The No Toil filter is a good product but it's a push on value between it and the Twin Air. Your choice.

Comments On Apr 11, 2012:Air filter worked fine, but when I tried to remove it to clean, it was stuck to the filter cage and the airbox. When I tried to seperate it, it ripped apart. It left me with a big sticky mess to scrape out of my box. This was on a KFX700

Comments On Apr 10, 2012:Just bought 2 of these filters. As for being "pre-oiled" they were pretty dry out of the packet so I added a bit more no-toil evo oil to them to get them up to scratch. They are cheaper than other filters so can't complain really!

Comments On Mar 04, 2012:i keep a couple of these around for my kx 250 but they seem to be a little thin for my 450. i pay more for oem. well worth the cost for me. needs th be cleaned every ride. in no toils defense they produce a quality product for a rider on a budget. you get what you pay for.

Comments On Nov 12, 2011:The filter needed more oil out of the package. I've cleaned it a couple of times and it is holding up well.

Comments On Nov 05, 2011:No Toil makes a good filter but the green oil will let water through easier than petroleum based oil. I don't have a sealed airbox so it's a problem when wet.

Comments On Nov 03, 2011:works great but is small compared to k&n filters

Comments On Oct 26, 2011:The best thing about this product is that it comes pre-oiled in the package-very easy and convenient. I also like the ease of cleaning it with the biodegradable cleaner and water.

Comments On Sep 14, 2011:These filters are great. I have 4 or 5 of them. I swap them out regularly and wash them all at once. After they dry I oil them all and put them in zip lock bags.

Comments On Aug 29, 2011:I have always loved No Toil products. I especially love the ease of cleaning (by far the best system ever for cleaning air filters, that deserves 5 stars), and the low cost of the filters themselves. HOWEVER, I went to clean my filter on my YFZ tonight and I noticed that it had a big tear along the seam. The tear went all the way through the filter. I haven't yet have a chance to see how much dirt is in the intake, but I'm worried. Spend the money and get a good filter. I'll still use No-Toil oil and cleaners, but I can't trust their filters anymore...

Comments On Jul 01, 2011:I installed these filters on both my 2003 Honda TRX400ex and TRX250ex quads. Getting this filter to slide over my stock backfire screen was nearly impossible..., am I the only one who ran into this problem? Once installed it works ok, but I would not recommend this filter based on the installation difficulties.

Comments On Jun 27, 2011:I've used these for a long time and they work great. Personally, I don't always re-use them but simply replace with a new one and discard the old one. Sometimes I'll clean them en mass at the laundry mat using standard laundry soap and some Oxyclean. They come out great and you can them use NoToil oil or any other.

Comments On Apr 23, 2011:I have been cleaning motorcycle filters in kerosene for twenty years. When a friend introduced me to No-Toil I was skeptical. I had used it for a month and was hooked. At first I would check the filter after every ride to make sure no dirt was working its way through. Now after using them for a few years I wont go back to anything else. They are inexpensive filters that can be re-used many times. Take care of them and they will take care of your motor. The best aspect is the easy clean up. My wife doesnt even know I clean my filters in the kitchen sink!
