Not impressed

Comments On Mar 05, 2013:I did not like the quality of these straps. I am returning them. Their "easy release system" is just a velcro patch. I was expecting a quality quick release. Also, in order to use them with my Scott Recoil Xi Pro Sand/Dust Goggle 2013, I would have to cut the original band on the goggles. And, the quick straps would not have fit properly in the goggles once installed. *PLEASE NOTE, I did not actually use the product, I just opened it and examined how to install it.

Great Product

Comments On Feb 21, 2013:I bought a second set for my spare goggles. This is the best goggle-related product. Great quality, very strong velcro and double-sided tape. I wear eyeglasses and they tend to fog-up in moist condition, the QuickStraps makes it easy to remove the goggles and let some air in. Great Product.

Comments On Sep 11, 2012:They are very well made, extremely handy, stay in place in a crash. When elastic gives out you can modify the straps off other goggles. You also will not lose your goggles and always know where they are. I have four sets, have used them for over fifteen years and never had an issue.

Comments On Jul 28, 2012:If you don't like to stretch out your goggle strap these work good. You do have to cut a seam so once you mod there's no going back. AND you can only use on another helmet set up for quick straps. There is a repair kit that you can install to use goggles on another helmet.

Comments On Jun 14, 2012:Would never ride without these things. A must for kids also. no more screwing with goggles for the kids. These things work flawlessly. I always carry and extra mount kit if anything happens to the glue on the tabs. Just slap on a new one. Been using the same pair for 10 years. Awesome

Comments On Jun 01, 2012:These quick strap kits make life a lot easier when I'm constantly putting on and removing my goggles. We get a lot of moisture in the northwest so that happens often ... and the only real wear has been the hook/loop fuzz bedding down ... and a replacement is cheap!

Comments On Mar 19, 2012:Would never go back to ridding without. Careful with the installation, make sure the velcro stick-ons are exactly equidistant apart. This will allow you to wrap the goggles around the back of the helment when not needed. I didn't think of this and just threw them on. They ended up too close to the front, now I can't do the back of the helmet trick :( Highly recommend this product.

No other way to have it!

Comments On Mar 07, 2012:I used these a long time ago and loved them then. A couple of years ago I got back into riding and they are still the best way to have goggles!
I have never had any issue with the velcro comming off the helmet and they always stay on when riding.

Comments On Feb 20, 2012:I was sick of my goggle strap snapping off my helmet and losing them. Not any more and not to mention its a one handed operation to flip my goggles over my eyes when the conditions turn dusty. Wouldnt go without them any more. A+++++ product!!

Quick Strap

Comments On May 18, 2011:I put these on all my goggles and helmets. Been riding with the same adhesive backed mounting posts on several helmets for nearly three years now and none of the adhesive has failed... I've ridden in upwards of 105+ deg in Oklahoma heat, and as low as mid-30's and it stays put. I recommend cleaning the helmet surface well before mounting, and avoid washing your helmet with anything but soapy water in the future.
As mentioned, the Smith Intake and Fuel V2 goggles will not work with these straps as designed... However if you use some creativity you can figure a way to mix-n-match part of the Smith strap with part of the QUICK STRAP system and have a working solution. Measure thrice, cut once.

Comments On Dec 14, 2010:I wear glasses under my goggles so they tend to fog up easy no matter what the conditions are. I got these Roko straps and it makes it super easy to take them on and off. I will continue to use this system over traditional goggle straps.

Roko Goggle Quick Strap

Comments On Jun 18, 2008:This is THE BEST purchase I have made not directly attatched to my motorcycle. I never have to fix twisted goggle straps. I don't have to worry about losing my goggles after riding. I can rip my goggles off and put them on faster than any strap-happy rider. This is better than five stars, but that's all that is offered.

Comments On Mar 18, 2008:I got a couple thousand miles on my straps and they have performed great. I like them better than just the regular strap. I wear glass, which fog up easy, so when its cooler, I take off without the goggles and then fix them whenever I get going!

Comments On Jan 28, 2008: Although I was against sticking anything to my helmet, I'm glad I did it! I was in Glamis last year and used the quick straps for the first time. Having the ability to quickly have goggles on and off made life easy when I was flying through woops, and then scaling to the top of a dune! Now back here in New Jersey, between the dry dusty days and the muddy rainy swamps, the quick straps allow me to quickly throw my goggles back on if someone tries to roost!

Comments On Nov 22, 2007:Take your time and apply them right and they will work perfectly. I have a set on both of my helmets and put a set on my wife's and have had no problems so far. They are a little more tricky to get in place if you wear glasses but still work great.

Comments On Nov 10, 2007:The velcro on the helmet did not hold up and kept coming off the helmet with the goggle. Yes I cleaned up the area prior to installation, but to no avail. Maybe it was a fluke and I will try them again. Neat concept.

A Must Have

Comments On Oct 19, 2007:These goggle straps are amazing, they make it so easy to just strap the goggle on and take it off.
I find it refreshing when I get to the top of the hill to be able to just un-click the googles and not have to pull them off my helmet.
They are high quality and super strong. So far I haven't had any issues, and I know 7 other people that have had them for years and are still on the same pair.
