Comments On Feb 25, 2013:Easy to install. Price was a bit much for what you get. I ran at the dunes with the filter cover and Air box lid on no problem. I run a uni there now though. Less flow but better filter. Peace of mind is key..

What a difference!

Comments On Jan 02, 2013:The modification and ease of installation was A+++++. It made my raptor breath better and what a difference you can feel in the power with such an easy modification. The filtrations system is much better creating a better seal between the filter and intake tube.

Comments On Oct 24, 2012:I put this on my trx 450r about a year ago. Seems like it really lets it breathe better. Only thing is i think the k&n filter is kind of a pain to clean. but it does save money on those disposable filters.

Excellent Intake System

Comments On May 16, 2012:I've installed this on my yfz450 and ltz400. Both were super easy to install in just a few minutes. The ltz400 filter is just a tad difficult to get on to the new intake setup inside the box and would be no issue if the filter was just a hair shorter in length but nothing that should stop anyone from buying this setup.

Bad Fit

Comments On Feb 09, 2011: Was not a good fit for the Raptor 350 at all. The filter mount and the filter hit the air box lid preventing it from closing. Had to modify the inside of the airbox lid by cutting the plastic cross supports out with a heater razr knife.

Comments On Aug 16, 2010:Bought this for my 08 raptor 350. i was worried about the install but it was very simple. drilled two holes and bolted right up. cant really tell if there is a power increase but im sure it did a little something. comes with a sweet modquad decal too.

Only problem I have is that they went through all this trouble to CNC machine a plate to mount the air filter to you would have atleast thought they could make a paper templet showing you where to drill the holes in the air box to mount it. Install on an 05 KFX 400.

Comments On Sep 22, 2009:Easy install, good price. I put it on my 07 raptor 700 earlier this year. Not much change in sound or performance by itself, but this is one of those must have mods. I'm adding a HMF EFI controller, header and slip on so I expect the combination will be impressive.

Comments On Mar 11, 2009:I ran this filter system this weekend and It had amazingly low torque and sound. I seemed to have lost some top speed. At half throttle it was awesome, however if I went past this it seemed to bog down. I did run it with the airbox lid off. I will try again with in on....

Still needs to be reprogrammed, can't wait to see what it does after that. Only downfall, pretty tight fit in factory airbox, take time to dremel off stock filter mount.

Comments On Mar 20, 2008:(Warning all LTR450s out there).This was very hard to install. I could not drill the holes because there was not enough room in my air box. I had to melt the holes in with a small sodering iron and then file them down. After i got the bracket on i had to force the filter in because again there was not enough room in my air box. On the bright side it was an awesome power increase and a lil more throaty sound.

Comments On Feb 17, 2008:Got this for my 08 YFZ and it was a very easy install. Took maybe 10-15min. Its a little tight getting the filter in, but some wiggling and it goes on. Noticed a big difference in my mid range when I took it out for the first time.

Comments On Oct 25, 2007:Bought for a Raptor 350. I love everything about this mod except that once installed you cant fully seat the air box lid. Which isnt that big of a deal because I plan on running without the lid most of the time, but it would be nice to put it on when running in lots of water.

As an added bonus, removing the air box lid gave it a very nice throaty sound that you can feel in the seat of your pants!!
