good idea but its not really smooth

works on pre 2005 400ex

Comments On Aug 24, 2012:Works ok, as long as you don't have the D shaped head.
On this tool, the screwdriver tip, is connected on flexible shaft, that also allows the screwdrivers tip, to move inward and outward a half inch or so. Around the screwdriver tip, is a stationary housing. The tool works much better, if you cut about 1/2" of this stationary housing off. It is not a very hard material, hack saw works well for that job.

Doesn't fit...

Comments On Jan 09, 2009:Seems like a good design and well made but the tip is just too long to fit between the bottom of the carb and top of the starter motor on any bike I tried it with (KTM, Suzuki, Kawasaki).
