Today we're going over the installation of the Tusk SubZero plow mount on the Suzuki King Quad. Having the correct tools and some assistance will make this job a lot easier.

For this video, we've stood the machine up so you can see what we're doing. You need to safely support the machine in order to gain access to the undercarriage for installation.

First, we're going to remove the stock skid plate. We do that by removing the six bolts that hold that on. We used a 10mm ratchet wrench. We found that worked best.

Once those are out, we can go ahead and remove the stock skid plate.

Next thing we're going to go over is the plow mount installation. I like to get an idea where the clamps are going to sit on the frame. That way, I know about where my plow mount's going to sit.

Now's a good time to grab a helping hand. They can hold that plow mount up while you start the threads on the bolts. Just get a couple of threads started on each bolt. We're not going to tighten anything just yet.

Next thing we need to do is make sure the plow mount's sitting straight with the frame. Once you get that lined up with the frame rails, you can go ahead and tighten the bolts up. Make sure you tighten the bolts evenly, so that it's pulling the clamp straight to the plow mount.

Once you've finished that, go back over everything. Double check your hardware, make sure everything's tight, and enjoy your Tusk SubZero Snow Plow.
