ive had these for a while and the only problem ive noticed is they are starting to fade. my bike is garage kept so its not like its bakeing in the sun all day. if they hadnt started to fade id give them a 5 out of 5 been about a year and they are faded really bad and the straps are starting to break. The place where the straps connect to the bags are falling apart.the zippers still work fine and can still be used but will have to modify them to continue use. Bike is garage kept and only parked outside for a few ours a day while at work and I even try to park it in the shade, they bike rarely sees water other than the occasional washing.

i didnt buy the rack to mount mine, i just used the plastic mount it came with and bolted that to the bike. it says waterproof but it doesnt have any weather stripping(havent used it in the rain yet) Had for about a year now. it is water proof(not submersible) it holds a full face helmet. it hasn't broken yet but sometimes you cant just close it and have it lock you have to do it manually w/ the key which is alittle inconvenient but its better than having a wet helmet or having it stolen.

Looked a bit flimsey and looked like the hardware install would require a few extra holes to be drilled. I wound up returning and going with another vendor.

I put these on my KLR650 with the moose pelican cases. The fit is great and I love how the cases have a quick connect to make install and remove quick and easy. Great system.
