I got this a little over a year and a half ago during one of Matrix xmas sales. After about a year the stand started to show signs of cracking where the cross beams meet. Within a month it completely broke right at the cross beam ripping the entire corner of one side out. I was able to patch it up with JB-Weld and Zip Ties to make it last another few months, but that was well after it failed it's initial duties. Good concept, but poor execution on durability. You'd never see that from an aluminum or steel stand. Also had it not been on sale, there's NO WAY it's worth the price they're asking.

I was disappointed with the strength of this stand. It sags in the middle where the frame of the bike sits. It is also fairly flexible, so it isn't at sturdy as I would like. On a side note, it is taller than required (both wheels end up about 5" off the ground). This is ok once you have the bike up on the stand, but it is difficult to lift the bike high enough to get it up there.

Nothing but praise for this item.

This thing does the job, but it's a little flimsy compared to what I expected for scraping mud.
