  A nice introduction video that shows some good techniques that are a nice segway into the real meat and potatoes of his 4 advanced videos. I prefer the advanced set to this first one.

  The $100 I spent on these DVDs is the single most beneficial money I've invested to make myself faster on the trails. I am faster having watched these DVDs than from any investment made to improve my bike, and I've invested plenty there too.

  Awesome series

  I have taken his class and the videos did an awesome job prepping me for it. Why watch videos if you can take class???? The reason is that you can start the skills and then the feedback from the class will be at a more advanced stage of the skill. Make sense?
