    Great against pinch flats

I love this tube. I buy it for all my bikes. I run desert trails and forest single track trials so pinch flats are a real thing. This tube has eliminated that issue.

Really grips well and holds up (but high cost).

I'm on my 2nd of these tires and I'm really impressed. I got a lot of rides on this and the wear was quite noticeably better than other brands. On the downside, the tire price is kind of rediculous as compared to others. I doubt I will fork out another $110 or so for one Dirt Bike tire. The tire also tracked very good in the various desert terrains I rode.

    Stay out of the sand!

I bought a set of these thinking they'd work for slickrock in Moab. People have been using trials tires on back with good review. Thought I'd try this out. I usually ride faster than anyone and seldom if ever crash. I crashed 3 times descending Pritchet Canyon, 4 times on Kane Creek Wash, and struggled on other sandy roads due to NO TRACTION. Even pushing the bike along side I was pathetically helpless to climb. These tires were smooth on Highway 191 and the tread was tough and resilient against wear in tough conditions. I'm taking these OFF!!!!! I hate being the slow weak link in the group! For my style the Maxxis IT Desert is the way to go. These tires are a waste of money for off-road. It made the trip like some low-fat sugar-free soy-based treat of a weekend. YUCK!!!

    Street tire only.

This tire is terrible off road. It sinks in the sand. It spins helplessly climbing rock. It washes out on dirt corners. And it's smooth and pleasant on asphalt. If you're ride is pink or light blue- this is the tire for you!
