    Good product

I really like this pak. The reservoir works great. I've had no problems with the bite valve. I like that the hose has a quick disconnect but I haven't tried cleaning the hose yet...that may be an issue. The zippers are good and still work when the pack gets dirty. The removable tool pouch is nice. Overall storage is a bit on the low side so get the bigger pak if you want to carry a lot of stuff. There are two provisions for carrying a shovel or something. I use one of them to carry a small tire pump. Why it didn't get 5 stars: The velcro loop that is used to hang the reservoir from the top of the pack does not hold. The reservoir always ends up sitting slouched down in the pocket. It hasn't been a problem but it would be nice if it worked right. The straps tend to slip (I've had the same problem with camelbak). I usually have to snug up the shoulder straps as they loosen throughout the day. I could put a knot in the straps so they can't slip but haven't bothered yet.

    Great but expensive

My Dad always told me "When it comes to your feet, spend the money." These are worth it. Dry fast and stay cool.

    good size

gift for my husband. Likes the larger bladder, 3L. If you don't fill the bladder all the way you could stash a couple of tools in there, but not really set up for too many extra's. Good for a 2-3 hour trail ride. Will be getting husband a separate fender pack for tools though.

    Lots of compartment space

This pack is replacing my OGIO pack that got lost out of my friends RZR. When I started looking for the pack, I was looking for durability and function and I knew I was going to build the ultimate cache of tool to put in it. It has plenty of compartments, smart features and holds up on your waist without slipping around. The only one thing that it does not have that OGIO has is the side pouch that converts into a pouch that holds a half liter of water. I use this often and sometimes I didn't like to take the Camelback, and would conveniently put in the side pouch of the bag. Other than that, a very nice pack!
