    Very good value!

This is a very good kidney belt. I have a gut, and this is the only one that really retains it's shape without rolling over. The velcro has very good grip and stays in place; the tension is infinitely adjustable. Will buy another when this one finally wears out.

    Made for tiny arms

I bought the L/XL size elbow pads. I'm about 195 lbs, and pretty well built (i.e.not fat). I could barely get the pads on in the correct spot on my arms without tearing the fabric. Once I did get them properly in place, they were so tight they nearly cut off my circulation. I tried to ride with them on, but almost immediately they slipped down to my wrists and forearms. Now I have a worthless set of elbow pads in my gear bag. However, if you have toothpick arms, these pads may work for you.

    No padding

The first day I wore these just before my ride I knelt down next to my bike for maintenance and it was so painful on my knee caps. These guards do not have any soft pad between the hard protectant plastic cap and your knees. I imagine if you had a direct impact it would feel the same as falling on concrete without them. I removed them immediately and went back to old guards.

Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support A-Strap Assembly

    MUST HAVE

If you have the A-Star neck brace, toss the thin Xstaps that come with it. This A strap is the trick. It took me a little while to figure out the back attachment. But after that, smooth sailing. Keeps my brace in place for a better more desired fit. It's a "MUST HAVE" go ahead and spend the money and you will be glad you did.
