These Hardline Hour meters are excellent. They are extremely easy to install, just wrap the wire around the spark plug wire, route it through the groove on the hour meter, and secure the meter to a safe spot on your frame with the double sided tape and a couple of zip ties. There is no need to drill any holes or do any more elaborate mounting. I've had these meters on my last 4 bikes and the meters have held up for as long as I owned the bike; the last one had over 180 hours on it when I sold it and I bet it is still working just fine today. If you are looking for an easy means of monitoring maintenance intervals on your bike, this is the way to go.Read All Reviews

Rocky mountain sent me a replacement after the first one went out within a hundred miles of riding. The replacement had improved design. The replacement lasted about 1000 miles, over a 4 days ride dual sport ride. I imagine it might do just fine for road applications but not off-road. Tore power socket apart to find the capacitor had broken off the board. Filling the socket with epoxy would help improve the design. Still love rocky mountain ATV.Read All Reviews
