No Toil Pre-Oiled Air Filter

pretty good filter but not really pre oiled
The filter is pretty good, fairly thick, but its not pre oiled, its a bit sticky but i had to oil it again before i put it in the bike, just a work of warning if you pull it out of the bag and expect it to be race ready.
