    Purchased for 03 YZ250. the bolts that mount the guard mount it on the inside of the radiator mounts .If u look at your mounts the space between the radiator and the washer is 38's of an in. that washer would be the guard mount space.on good hit and say good by to radiator. Also the louvers come off leave it open to small sticks or rocks, the holes in the guard are 1/4 in.

    I installed this along with changing my coolant to engine ice and my CRF450R used to run really hot, however the bike has only boiled over once since and that was on a scorcher down at the sand dunes.

    Horrible quality!

    Purchased a set of these radiators for my 2003 Yamaha WR450F. Was impresses with the appearance when I removed them from the box. Upon installing the left side I was disappointed to find that the hoses did not line up at all. I verified on Fluidyne's catalog that I had the correct part number and eventually figured out that the left side mounting bracket was welded on inside-out. Since I was riding the next day I cut off the bracket and re-welded on correctly. This improved the fit but I was still unable to get the lower hose to fit. I had to cut off the lower hose bib and rotate it about 30 degrees. When I cut the bib off I was horrified to find out that weldor who assembled this radiator used too much heat and filler rod and blocked the inside flow about 40%. I used a borescope to inspect the remaining welds and found all hose outlets blocked by up to 60%(I have photos). After half a day to fix these problems, I finally had a set of usable radiators. I contacted Fluidyne Powersports about this and recieved no response. Fluidyne Powersports should be ashamed of the horrible quality of this product. I'm certain Rocky Mountain ATV/MC would have refunded my money before I repaired these radiators but I needed usable radiators on short notice. I'm also just as certain that any radiators exchanged would have had the same problems.

    Nice radiator.

    Installed on a 2004 WR450, purchased left side, and part was a bit of a challenge to install. The challenge was installing the cross over hose that goes through the frame of the bike that connects the left and the right radiator. Another issue was it is a tight fit with a over sized fuel tank. Both issues were not a big deal, just worth mentioning. Otherwise well built part. Would recommend to a friend and would purchase again.
