Log into your account and click on the "Frequent Buyer Rewards & Bonus Credits" link. Check your balance anytime!
- Frequent Buyer points are earned when items ship.
- A maximum of 9,000 points per calendar year can be acquired per customer.
- Points are not accumulated on gift card purchases, redeemed amount on offer codes, or items purchased from the Seller's Market.
- Points will be deducted for returned items.
- Reward cash cannot be redeemed/combined with other offers or discounts, but can be combined with gift certificates.
- QUALIFYING ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED BY DECEMBER 31st of the calendar year. Back ordered items and orders shipped the following year will be applied towards next year's points total.
