Not tall enough, easily scratched

Comments On Jun 15, 2014:Was excited to get this on my bike, but it disappointed. Granted, I'm a bit of a mutant (75" tall with a 30" inseam) but in order to get to the "quiet" zone I have to ride my KLR like it's a sport bike. I don't think this thing would really be tall enough even for an "average" tall man. Not recommended.
Even though I was pretty careful, it also managed to get a huge scratch during installation, and I don't recall doing anything that should have caused that.
