Great for using with the camera

Comments On Dec 07, 2012:This works great when the light is lower or in the shade. In direct sunlite it is hard to see object in the screen. It is really nice to use to line up your images. Make sure that in the settings that it turns itself off so that the battery does not run down as quickly. Nice handy piece of equipment for the camera.

Worth the money to me...

Comments On Jan 31, 2012:This little LCD Screen plugs into the back of my Hero 2, and comes with additional case mods so that you can keep it on there permanently if you wanted to. I didn't want to, I put it on, opened the original case and set the front half of the camera on my helmet until it was pointing where I wanted it to go, then tightened down the case / helmet adjustment screw, pulled the gopro back out and took the lcd screen back off (all of about 10 seconds). However, now when I want to take side shots, I can use my Hero2 as a nice durable HD camcorder as well, with the LCD plugged in, I can take shots and know where it is pointing, turning my Hero2, from a helmet only cam, to a I can use this videoing my kiddo riding her bike, playing out side, or doing anything that would require me to know where I am "taping". Worth the money to me.

Comments On Sep 30, 2011:This thing is pretty sweet. It allows me to use my Go Pro for a lot more than just riding (helped me justify the purchase to my wife). It is a nice extra for messing around camping, at home, at the lake, ect. Before buying, realize this only works with the 1080p version. You can still set it to 720, but it is not compatable with the lower version camera.

Looks Good, but doesnt work on GoPro 960...
