It is important to use the right shock oil.

Comments On Dec 27, 2012:The Maxima shock oil is designed to withstand the high temps of a shock. Make sure you use the right viscosity oil. Works great in my 2011 crf 450r. I can change the shock oil myself and get the nitrogen recharged at the motorcycle shop for about $10.

I do not have anything to compare this to

Comments On Dec 07, 2012:I do not have anything to compare this to. I now many people that use this product and suggest it. I wouldn't be know the difference, but the fluid was consistent and is like a quality product. I use the 10w60 engine oil on a ktm 530exc and it seems not to use oil as much as with other synthetic oils other that motorex.
