Comments On Jul 17, 2012:I bought this Lexx trail saver quiet core because i was going on a camping trip up in Northern Michigan. Right off the bat my friends started in about what they called the Prius Tip, but I didn't care as long as I still had plenty of power and it got me up and back. Well I had to trailer my bike back. The exhaust pressure was just too much and the tip would just bounce around back there. What I mean is the tip blew out and was just hanging. I thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal buy my 4 stroke needs some back pressure and it really bogged down and messed with the performance. I was afraid the 400 miles back home would hurt my motor so I did the drive a shame. I regret buying the lexx exhaust tip and wish I would have just spent the extra cash and bought a tested exhaust.

Comments On Oct 02, 2011:Where I ride they want a low db or better. This fit the bill. I was recorded at 90 db on a z400 that is modified. A great sound for a quiet core.

Comments On Nov 02, 2009:I have a Lexx mxe exhaust on my KTM 530 and this trailsaver quietcore made my bike astonishingly quiet. This is the only way to go when riding in the mountains or around camp with the kids. My bike still has plenty of bite with out the (sound) bark!
