Comments On Nov 06, 2007:It's not as easy as pop the old one out and pop the new one in you will need some tools. this is how I installed it. To install this spark arrester on my power core 4 exhaust system I used these tools. A air cutting tool to make four relief cuts rigth up to the edge of the spark arrester backing plate on the end cap to get the old one out. A grinder to grind the old one off the spark arrester backing plate. A drill to drill three holes in the spark arrester backing plate. A rivet gun to rivet the new spark arrester to the spark arrester backing plate. It doesn't fit like the stock screen. I had to use some force to get mine to fit back in the muffler with some light taps from a hammer. When the spark arrester is installed it does do it's job.

Comments On Oct 22, 2007:Warning to those who are going to ride in areas where spark arrestors are mandatory. You cannot ride your OHV without a Spark Arrestor that has been stamped with an OFFICIAL FOREST SERVICE CODE on the spark arrestor AND in plain site for the Ranger/Police to view. This product does not have one. It gets 2 from me because it is an actual functional screen, just not stamped with the number. Sorry thats the law, as I have been told.
