Comments On Aug 30, 2011:Purchased a pair of these radiators for my 2003 WR450. Looked impressive when I opened the box but I was quickly dissapointed when I tried to install them. Both sides bolted up ok but the alignment of the hose fittings for the left side were off far enough that I was unable to attach the top or bottom hoses. I double checked the part numbers and compared them to what was listed on Fluidyne's catalog and they were correct. After closer inspection, I discovered that the mounting bracket for the left radiator was welded on inside-out. Since I was riding the next day, I cut off the bracket and re-welded it on correctly and tried to refit to the bike. The fit was improved but still not good enough to get the lower hose to fit. I cut off the lower hose tube to relocate it and was horrified to see that when it was welded from the factory the welder used too much heat and filler rod and over penetrated the weld to the point of blocking the tube by 40%. I used a bore scope to inspect the interior of the 4 remaining hose tubes and found that all of them had the same problem with a blockage of about 70% on both crossover tubes. After spending half a day fixing these problems I had a pair of radiators that were functional. I sent Fluidune an email with photographs and have not received a response. Fluidyne and IMS should be ashamed of the bad quality of this product. Will NEVER purchase a Fluidyne product again!
