Easy to wire up and gets really hot!

Comments On Jan 11, 2013:This thumb warmer works really well and is very easy to install. I used large shrink tubing to attach it the to throttle so I can take it off in the summer if I want. I was worried about it make the throttle bulky but i don't even notice it is there! Excellent product!! I use it with the tusk grip heaters.

Comments On Mar 01, 2012:There is no question the heating part of this unit works great on high or low. The problems I had with these are that there was nothing included in the package to attach this to the thumb throttle (I used a large piece of heat shrink tubing) and this thing is almost 3/16ths of an inch thick. I would probably not purchase this again.

This puppy is HOT

Comments On Feb 10, 2010:Ok I ordered this thumb warmer because I thought that it would probably just keep my thumb "warm" boy was I wrong "this puppy is HOT" and I mean hot it is to the point of being uncomfortable on your thumb. Now if you use it as I have (on a 4-wheeler) not a snowmobile as it was intended ( 0n the package) you should probable use thick gloves and it should be fine or put it on the front of your throttle and that should solve the problem. I highly recommend this product if your thumb is cold.
