Not the best place to start

Comments On Apr 01, 2012:This book has some great sections on due it your self items. Lots of detailed info on how suspension works. Great picks on seal replacements, not much detail on valving or how to adjust your shim stacks to improve the ride. If you want to understand the technology behind suspension this is great, if you want simple directions on how to improve your ride, use you tube and save yourself the 34 bucks.

Only 25% useful

Comments On Jan 10, 2012:Only 25% of the book explains things the rest is a how to guide. Much better how to videos from other people can be found on Youtube for free.
The first 25% didn't go into detail about valving like I wanted it to it was OK but not worth $40 I could have read forums and got the same information for free.
