Great Product

Comments On Apr 22, 2013:I purchased this product about a year ago and have not had any major issues with them. The only negative thing was the color of the blocks changed to a lighter shade. Other than that they work great.

Comments On Apr 21, 2013:Can't beat these axle blocks for the price. The red will fade over time, but at the price, they are not gonna break the bank when I have to replace the older and pinker ones. The marks are very clear and easy to see. Can use either side for adjustment so the adjuster bolts aren't fully extended risking breaking in the swingarm.

Nice quality - this set is RED, not pink

Comments On Jan 10, 2013:I'm actually installing this on a 2008 Yamaha WR250X/R type bike.
Read that they might be pink - or might fade to that.
These arrived far more red than pink. To maybe avoid fade with cleaning chems over time, I gave 'em a quick clean then clear coated them with rattle can Krylon Crystal Clear (gloss).
The gloss clear coat vs as made kind of satin finish made them a darker red. Will the clearcoat peel? This stuff never really dries hard so I haven't seen it peel yet. If you do this, I suggest masking the back of the blocks 'cause the gummy paint might make them tend to stick to the swingarm. Was the low price worth fussing with clearcoat? I dunno, I'm a former painter so it was no big deal to me. I especially liked the bright clear markings on BOTH Tusk blocks - top and bottom. Many higher buck blocks seem to avoid this - so I avoided them! I recommend these parts.
