GOOD LUBE

Comments On Mar 21, 2013:Really good lubricant, I use this to oil my cables, peg springs, any moving part on my bike! Works good for squeaky truck doors too!

Dupont multi-use lube......

Comments On Jun 20, 2011:After doing considerable research on lubes, I kept finding great reviews on this stuff from Dupont.I started using the spray version before getting a few bottles of plain liquid. Both are very good,very economical compared to most, and ( as I'd read) just don't seem to attract/hold dirt.

Dupont lubricant

Comments On Feb 24, 2008:I used the dupont lubricant on some a-arm bushings that were squeaking and it fixed it for a lot longer than common spray lubricants. It works great and doesn't attract a lot of dirt like the sprays do.

Best chain lube I've tried..

Comments On Oct 22, 2007:I first heard about this product from other riders online. In 42 years of riding, I've went through just about every formulation and variation of chain lubricant there is. DuPont Multi-Purpose Lubricant isn't advertised as a specific chain lube, but it does that very well. In fact, it's replaced the penetrating oil and cable lube products on my workbench shelf. It comes in both a large spray can with nozzle tube, and also a non-aerasol squeeze bottle. It sprays on to a chain and quickly leaves no appreciable residue. No oil fling and no dirty rim, either.
I use the squeeze bottle to lube cables and with a lube injector such as the Cable Life one, the spray will do that too.
This is great stuff. Hard to find elsewhere, Rocky Mtn. has it in stock when I need it.
