- Constructed from a Pre-preg, reinforced fiberglass shell, for a feather-lite feel that One Industries athletes demand while not sacrificing the protection they need at the highest level of competition. Heat and sweat are not an issue with the flow thru ventilation system and moisture wicking Nylex liner of the Gamma Monster Helmet. Riders can now push harder and further in what is possibly the coolest helmet environment available in motocross.

- Large intake and exhaust vents with fully channeled liner for flow through ventilation.

NICE looking helmet

Comments On Apr 01, 2013:This is a great looking helmet from One Industries. I only ever buy SNELL & D.O.T. approved ones so for the money it is FANTASTIC value. The colors are super sharp - I LOVE it! The only downside to this model is that it appears to be smaller than any of the other One Industries helmets I have bought before in a medium so it is quite snug. Am hoping it will be less so after a few rides. The 4 star rating is for the fit otherwise what a great helmet for the price. Now I just need to get a matching combo!

Comments On Oct 28, 2012:It is October of 2012, so the 2013 stuff recently came out, causing the 12' stuff to go on sale.. I always liked this helmet, but could never afford to spend $300 on a helmet. I stumbled across this one for only $129, and almost fell out of my chair! I checked Chapparal, Motosport.com, Dennis Kirk, and a couple other places, and Chapparal still had theirs listed at $299!! Dennis Kirk had theirs reduced from $299 to $269, and Motosport's was reduced to $249, if I remember correctly... I thought, "Rocky Mountain must have misprinted that price...", so I called, and it was really $129! Now THAT'S a DEAL! I received the helmet, and it is gorgeous. Lightweight and very well made. My head measurement is 22.5", so I ordered a medium, which according to One was 22 1/8" - 22 7/8", which meant my head was 0.375" from max.. It is a bit tight, it's a pain getting it on, but once it's on, it's simply outstanding. At first I thought I should have ordered a Large (23 1/8" - 23 7/8"), but it would have probably moved around on my head a bit, plus my Medium isn't even broken in yet. My suggestion is to measure your head, then add 1/4" to that measurement, and then decide what size to order. This is the nicest helmet I've ever owned, it is replacing my 2010 Fox V2 helmet, which has been a good one, but can't compare to the One Gamma helmet. It also comes with a neat little helmet bag.
