Fit good looks good light weight

Comments On Mar 15, 2013:So far so good! Can't even tell its there after 5mins of riding. The pivot system is cool. Over or under jersey works good. Straps are good and easy to get in/out of. Would recomend to anyone looking for this style of protection.

Comments On Jul 31, 2012:The fit was good very light weight but the bottom front section that pivots keeps popping off and wont stay together. Not sure if I just got a lemon or if this has happened to other people. But was no good when your in the middle of a race and your roost protector is slapping around on you

Fly Raacing chest protector

Comments On May 18, 2011:Purchased the Fly Racing Pivotal Roost Guard recently. It looks very nice, but I had a couple of problems with fitment and function. First, the plastic sections that fit over the shoulders wouldn't conform very well, leaving a space between my shoulders and the protector. It seemed as though the plastic was too stiff. Maybe it would conform over time, but I didn't take the chance of keeping it to find out. Second, I had trouble getting the straps into the lower ratchet closures. Once in, the closure worked fine, but I could see it would have been frustrating getting the protector on and off between motos. So, I returned it to Rocky Mountain for a refund. If Fly addresses these couple of issues, then I think they'll have a very good product.

good, solid chest protector

Comments On Apr 07, 2011:Picked this up from my local dealership a few weeks ago... easy to move around in and comfortable. Def worth the price.. fits ok with my leatt brace, there could be a bit more room in the front though, but that's still a very minor problem.
A good buy nonetheless.
