- The Thor Sentinel motocross roost deflector is the most versatile, best fitting, lightest motocross roost deflector Thor has ever built. Weighing in at only 1.4 lbs., the Thor Sentinel motocross roost deflector incorporates numerous vents and air channels for maximum ventilation. Designed for motocross and off-road riders who are looking for coverage without the bulk and excess weight, the Thor Sentinel motocross roost deflector is pure performance. Racing Motocross and Supercross requires a different approach to roost protection than off-road riding, so Thor worked directly with some top riders to provide input and testing during the development of the Sentinel roost deflector. The result is an innovative new design with a Uni-Shoulder design that helps provide structural rigidity whether the Thor Sentinel is used as a full version roost deflector, or in its front – only style. Protection doesn’t do you any good if it’s not securely in place, so now the Thor Sentinel motocross roost deflector features a ratchet-style closure system for a secure and comfortable fit.
- Low profile neck brace compatible roost deflector.
- Sentinel Chest Protector is an all new 3-way modular design that can be worn with the full back plate attached, with the full back plate and number plate, or with the back strap for front-only configuration.
- It has a molded bio-foam interior and an injected molded exterior shell.

Comments On Mar 13, 2013:Looked like a great product! I loved the look and it looked like it was well designed. I was a little unhappy with the size, got the adult size, im skinny 5'9 tall and it was very small on me. i hate to give it a bad review just because i didnt agree with the size of it but... And of course rocky mountain took care of the problem and sent me a different chest protector. rocky mountain rocks!

good, but small

Comments On Jul 17, 2012:this is a good roost deflector, but i am 6 foot 3, and it is very short on me. it works well with my evs neck brace. the only problem with this is the size. i would not recommend this roost deflector if youre taller than 5'10 or so. otherwise, buy it

Comments On Jul 09, 2012:This chest protector is very light and comfortable. I'm 6' 180# and this fit just fine, even with my EVS neck brace. The buckles are a little finicky compared to traditional buckles, but I never had mine come undone while wrestling my bike around on the trail. The only complaint is the lack of shoulder protection, I have found that my style of riding (and crashing) requires something that covers my shoulder. Wish they made shoulder armor that bolted to this chest protector.
