- The ReadyRamp is a combination folding ramp and bed extension that mounts onto an open truck tailgate in less than 30 seconds. The heavy-duty ReadyRamp has a load rating of 600 pounds, and encloses the back of the bed to keep supplies from falling out. It folds up for easy storage, and mounts directly to the stock tailgate with included hardware.
- Will fit all full sized trucks with a standard bed.
- Full Sized ReadyRamp width when mounted on a truck tailgate is 60", Open length is 98". Check the width of your tailgate before ordering. The ReadyRamp may be up to 4" narrower than the tailgate, but should not be wider.
- Two truck family? The hardware included with the Full-Sized ReadyRamp allows it to be fitted to nearly all new trucks with a standard width bed.
- Made from 6061 T6 Aluminum.

hinges are very weak

Comments On May 10, 2012:The hinges break with little effort. My wife and I ride and race every weekend and I load my bikes at least thirty times a season. I need something that stands up to abuse. the hinges didn't last one weekend. getting my money back and sending the ramp back.

Great Ramp, Great Bed Extender

Comments On Oct 14, 2011:Works great as a ramp, very strong, no flex. It is long enough to make the approach angle reasonable.
Works great as a bed extender, once mounted is rock solid. Great for short bed trucks where you can't close the tailgate with a fullsize bike. Takes about a minute to go from ramp to extender.

Great ramp

Comments On Jul 04, 2011:Got this as a Father's Day gift and it's awesome. The ramp is long enough that loading into a taller bed is no problem and the added bed capacity with a couple of bikes in the bed is great. The first time I installed it it took all of 5 mins. and now that I have the correct anchors for my vehicle (a few to choose from) set up it takes even less. Swaps between vehicles no problem.

An excellent ramp for Short Beds!

Comments On Oct 23, 2007:When gas went over 2.50/ gal, I sold my 3/4 ton long bed pickup (8.1l= 10 mpg, ouch) and downsized to a 1/2 ton short bed. Well not being able to close the tailgate with my bike in the back created a few logistical issues (it's not good to loose your gas can on the way to the trails).
So I found the Ready Ramp.
here's why it's great
1. Strong, I got the 1000lbs version
and can EASILY load dirt and street bizes
2. Compact. Folds down way shorter than my 8' 2by10 that I had been using, and can also use as a bed divider.
3. Solved my gear security problem. Not more gas cans flying out of the bed!
all in all I give it an 8.7 of 10. only drawback is the price.
