Keeps from ruining a piston or rod.

Comments On Aug 31, 2011:If you plan on re-using an installed piston this is a must have. This tool will also prevent damage to the crankshaft and connecting rod if you have to remove a stubborn wrist pin. A little expensive but beats using a hammer and punch to remove a stuck pin.
