    The Outerwears Shockwears help to reduce wear and tear on the shaft and seals. Sand and dirt act as sandpaper against the seals and shock shaft so by adding the Outerwear Shockwears you will be reducing the amount of dirt and debris that wear down the shafts and seals. Also by adding the Outerwear Shockwears you will prolong the life of the shock and maintain life performance. The Outerwears Shockwears come in many different colors and designs so pick the design that is perfect for your machine.

Must have for protecting shocks

Comments On Feb 14, 2012:These covers work very well. Wish they were a little more puncture resistant, after a while it seems like every twig in the woods pokes a hole in them.

They do their job

Comments On Oct 29, 2010:These will help keep your shocks in good working order. Keeping dirt and rocks from coming in contact with your shock shaft is crucial in keeping the unit functioning as intended. Make sure to line up the small holes in the velcro. This lets the shock breath when it heats up from cycling. If you dont do this the shock can overheat and fail.
