Comments On Nov 07, 2012:While the product looks great and gives an aggressive posture to the 570, it is made of extremely light steel. My riding partner going probably 5 mph bumped into the back of me with his 220 atv and it nearly cut the bar in two pieces. Similarly, i saw first hand someone attempt to pull a lightweight atv a short distance and it bent the bars with very little pressure. If you are looking for a cheap attractive product to add a little something to your ride this is a perfect item. Anything more look for a stronger alternative.

Comments On Oct 05, 2012:Product arrived WELL packaged (for odd sized and shaped tubing). Package about 5'-6" long, 36" wide, and 14" deep. Weight was manageable
After unpacking, it was easy (without instructions) to see how to install...but with only 4 primary parts it isn't that hard. :) Additional items (bolts/nuts & clamp halves) came in a separate box, also very well packed. All in all, lots of plastic and bubble wrap to keep items pristine.
Product install was simple and the overall strength seems great. I suppose a true 'crash' will ultimately be the judge, but the product doesn't seem flimsy in any way. Install went smoothly with very little bumping/knocking/forcing to get everything lined up. My 11 year old son had everything (including all tightening and tool clean up) done within 20 minutes.
Product obviously WILL impact the storage area. You have two bars heading over the top of the bed at an angle (out to in from top view) and from higher to lower in side view. Depending on how you do things, this could be a problem or could be beneficial. My primary need was for better storage attachment. I use a storage box I acquired from a big box China importer retail mart. It is impacted by the new bars because of the horizontal bar just behind the seats. The lid (swings back) can no longer open without sliding the box forward. I'm not sure if I'll put stuff behind the box, or leave the front empty so I can slide the box back when I need access (it's mostly just survival equipment...never know when a crash might leave you stranded).
My only complaint is the powder coating (I think that's what it is) doesn't match the factory roll bar in texture, finish, and reflectivity. It's not a major difference, but noticable. Color seemed close enough (but that was in the darkness of my garage, sunlight may show differences). Product still retains 5/5 in my book as I tend to be more 'function over form'. The coating isn't consistent within each of the 6 parts of this item. The straight and bent pieces differ from the end clamps and cross members (2).
It does what I wanted, and expected it to do. And I suppose if that front horizontal bar is too obtrusive I could remove it as well.
As an added bonus, on the driver side, you'll find a whip attachment (front driver horizontal bar). Could be for a CB antenna or whip (it's just a washer welded sideways to the horizontal cross member pipe).
I never tell someone how to spend their money, but I was happy with this purchase.
Installation-5 of 5 ------ Instructions 5 of 5 ------ Weight added 5 of 5 ------ Strength 5 of 5 ------ Meets expectations 5 of 5 ------ Cost 4 of 5 ------ Would recommend 5 of 5
I have not tested in 'real world' conditions for storage or strength. And since I don't have anywhere 'protected' to put my spare tire, I may have to pop for Polaris UTV Ranger RZR 570/RZR XP Spare Tire Holder. I don't plan on rolling over backwards, but would sure hate to see spare get mushed because of its mounting position.
Good luck. Ride safe. Protect the environment (stick to trails). Pack out your trash. Leave little to no trace.

Comments On Aug 15, 2012:bolts up with ease. Finish isn't the best. I painted mine to match my rollcage.
