Comments On Oct 01, 2010:These aren't in the league of Sunstar or OE sprockets, but they are decent for a stamped sprocked. I ran just over 26,000 miles on the OE sprockets and these now have about 11,000 miles on them and the fornt is slightly hooked and the rear is a little "opened up"-so these won't make it much further. To me, half the life is not worth saving $40 on sprockets, because you still need to pay for a new chain, but I suppose for the budget constrained and the turn and burn sellers out there, these may well last your "average 3000 mile a year rider" 3 or 4 years.
Additional Comments On Sep 09, 2011:Update. At 13,800 miles the front sprocket was completely hooked and has ruined the chain and rear sprocket. I managed to squeeze out 14,200 before the new sprockets arrived. I installed Sunstar sprockets front and rear and an RK-XSO chain, now with 10,000 miles on these, they truly show little to no wear, I have only had to adjust the chain one time in all those miles as well (much like the original oem chain and sprockets)Definately worth the extra $37 to buy the "good stuff"

Comments On Aug 24, 2010:Fit was perfect. Finish was plain, but complete and unmarred. It has shown few signs of wear in my constantly gritty desert environment. Looks and has worn better than the OEM steel sprocket, and far better than my last aluminum sprocket.
Additional Comments On Aug 24, 2010:** No wear in 5k miles. Still counting up.
