Comments On Sep 07, 2011:we have 3 large Kolpin Fule Packs (do not like)
We have 2 "JR" Fuel Packs and 2 Water JR packs
I like to take 1 FUEL JR and 1 Water JR Kolpin pack
The large ones are to big and when they get hot they expand very big like a ballon.
You can mount them in your garage or trailer and ATV or RZR
The JR size it much better! we like the little ones!
*The only impovment would be the air release so they do not expand when it is hot outside

Comments On Sep 23, 2009:Kolpin is the standard, but I find the spout mechanism problematic to keep sealed. First, you *can* store the spout inside the can, no issue there. But the seal made using the cap to the can has to be just right or you have seepage. It depends on a perfect mating of two angled surfaces and I had to smooth a mold mark out to begin with. I can never get that perfect seal, so I always seep gas slightly. Dust coats it and keeps it from being a hazard, but they need to work on their spout design a bit more.
On the good side - I use the Jr. to just have some spare gas "just in case" on day rides; the larger packs would be a better choice for long trips. It does allow me the option of having two gas packs or one gas and one water - good flexability.

Comments On Jan 12, 2009:This is a great product and will work on an ATV, UTV, motorcycle or snowmobile. You can also buy a bracket and mount the fuel can to your trailer or garage wall. If anyone had ANY problem with the Kolpin fuel system, call their customer service line at 877-956-5746. There has been a spout update and they will send you a new one for free with no questions asked.

Comments On Jun 10, 2008:This is the worst fuel can I have ever purchased. I bought two of these for a camping/ ATV trip and they were a pain the whole trip. First off, you can store them with the spout inside, but not with fuel in them. When you fill up the fuel can, you have to leave the spout sticking out with the yellow cap on the end. Well, I lost the yellow cover cap on one of them on the trail. Plus, riding through the brush, I was worried the whole time about it getting snagged and broken. The old fuel packs are great, but these will be going back.
