14,300 mi. before change

Comments On Aug 17, 2012:I am a female at 5'5in. & 150 lbs. I puchased a new VTX with these on it. They were replaced after traveling on back roads and interstate. 14,300 miles and the cords not showing. I replaced them 404s fr. & rear and needed a change at 23,000. I now have K555J rear and will definitely return to the K555. I can notice a difference in handling. YMMV. I would love to know the diference if any in the compound. Used Nitro fill in first set. THANKS JAKE WILSON....I have refered my co-worker and she is pleased too..

Comments On May 05, 2012:Great tire, great price. Price could not be beat by anybody. Tires have excellent traction on hard take offs & fast corners. Order proccessing & shipping was super fast. Ordered Monday afternoon, received tires UPS ground Friday. Will always use these guys, can't go wrong.

Comments On Nov 22, 2010:The K555 has worked surprisingly well on my Pacific Coast. After lots of New England's "less than perfect roads" including many miles of dirt roads and a ride down through the Smokie Mountains and of course Deal's Gap, they work great! After two sets in a season, the only (complaint) I have is only getting only 7K out of them. Very good tires!

Comments On Aug 12, 2009:this tire came on my bike factory and its a great handling tire under all circumstances. i was able to get 9,352 miles on it. the bike is a 2008 v-star 1100 custom. you won't be disapointed
