Upgrade for 2010 Thruxton Triumph Front Tire

Comments On Nov 04, 2012:I needed to get a new front tire for my 2010 Thurxton so after reading on triumph rat about what others had to say about replacing and going bigger I went with Avon Road Riders (110) best choice ever the front tire feel a little more stable going into turns. I also got the rear tire to match brands. Get yourself some new tubes heavy duty if possible I went with regular tubes(rear) because that was Rocky had in their inventory..ps Rocky has some of the best available prices plus free shipping I found.

best tires for your vintage rims

Comments On Mar 19, 2012:it's hard to find good tires for 18" wheels. these are soft, sticky, and durable. i feels good about throwing them into corners, and have been running them hard for about a year on my 75 rd350

Comments On Oct 27, 2011:This review is not so much for the Avon Roadrider AM26 tires, it's more about the experience with Jake Wilson. I ordered these tires monday at 6:15pm and received them on thrusday at 9:15 am. I was really impressed with the delivery time because, I live in San Jose CA., and the tires were coming from Utah. Other things that impressed me were; the prices, best I could find on the net. The no tax, because I live in CA. Also, the option to pay with Paypal. Last , but not least the free shipping. I will be installing the tires on my 1969 Honda CB350 soon, and after a few rides I will do a review on the tires. This was my first purchase with Jake Wilson, and with this kind of service it will not be my last one. Thanks, Jake Wilson for a great online shopping experience. Nuno
