  Tusk fuel cap

  Not easy to grip and open this cap. The aluminum is very sharp on the edges and it doesn't come off easily so I used some grease on the seal to make it turm better. It doesn't leak but overall the difficulty of removing it makes it less of an upgrade and more of a appearance item.

  Looks sharp.

  If you are looking to dress up your machine and add a little bit of functional style these are for you. They are a little bit fun to get on the nipple of the fuel cap without damaging it but once they are fitted they seem to stay on fairly snug. Running the hose material under some hot water for a little bit before trying to press them on greatly eases installation.

  Acerbis Fuel Tank

  OEM has better style but not the volume that one ne...

  Not as cool as the OEM, but it has that extra 1/2 gallon needed to extend my range. Fit was a little snug lining up a few of the fasteners, but overall decent fit. Be prepared as Acerbis uses self threading screws for plastic (included). It would have been nice to see some metal inserts with machined threads, but I don't plan on taking it off and my shrouds come with the tank when removing for servicing. 2020 KTM 500 EXC
