  Nice carbon ,bad mounts

  Beautiful piece of carbon fiber. looks great , fits well. Good coverage, I'm sure it will do the job if I ever finish the install. I gave 4 stars because 2 of the 3 hose clamps failed on install. I did not over tighten, they failed before I had all the slack out. I tried 3 auto part, 3 hardware and 3 big box stores trying to find replacements. Aggravating!

  Tusk 4-stroke Muffler packing

  Seems like it does the job well. I have not ran the bike since using this packing to re-pack my FMF Factory 4.1. I will say that this packing did completely fill the muffler can and it happened to be the perfect length for the muffler core, so no cutting involved! Only giving this 4-stars as I have not ridden the bike since using this, so I can't really comment on longetivity. However, I've used MANY Tusk products in the past and have never been disappointed; so I don't expect to be disappointed with this either.

  P3 Carbon Head Pipe Heat Shield

  Highly recommend for the Yamaha wrap-around headers

  These are great, protect your hide and your riding gear from that hot pipe! On the Yamaha's it's on both sides, so I had to get these. The OEM pipe guards (metal) on my bike got so hot, if your pants touched them they immediately melted - imagine going down and the bike is lying on your leg as you struggle to get out from under it. Not only do these offer great protection, they deflect the heat away from your legs. My only criticism: The hose clamps they provide are very cheap and don't work too well. I contacted P3 and they immediately sent replacements, but I think in the long term they need to supply higher quality clamps. (They also sent stickers and mounting hardware, so their customer service if you have an issue is top notch. I absolutely recommend these.
