Got this for my stepson's quad. The acid (electrolyte) has to be put in the battery. It was an easy process but the container didn't easily drain into the battery. I had to tap it to help with the air bubbles and then had to squeeze it to get all of it into the battery. Not a problem at all but the instructions say it will drain in by itself. That said, I charged it per the instructions and it has worked trouble free. Plenty of amps to fire the quad right up.
