  I'm a senor citizen just getting back into riding after 40 years. I'd been falling quite a bit and felt the need for thighs to lower back protection. I purchased these shorts to wear under my Malcom Smith NXT riding pants. I'm 6'2" / 200lbs. I ordered medium and they fit great. The padding is well placed and they fit with the pants nicely. The interior pad wicks moisture so the shorts double as underwear. Highly recommended.

  Good protection yet flexible enough that it doesn't bind or hurt after hours of riding. They aren't miserably hot in the summer and also tend to stay put (they don't ride up on me). True to size...order the same size as your underwear. Would definitely purchase again.
