  Decent Winch, Horrible Instructions.

  First the winch itself: I bought the 3500# winch with Nylon line. I've already use it to pull the RZR out of an 8foot ditch behind my house. It got quite hot, but worked great. The RZR frame is predrilled for everything but the remote socket so once you figure out how everything is supposed to fit, it all fit's nicely. The duty cycle in the manual for the winch appears to be pretty conservative, but it's also kindof pathetic.. By the chart in the manual: at full weight you should only pull 1 foot every 10 minutes. The contactor mounts to predrilled holes in the firewall. You'll need a 2nd set of hands to install this. It's not possible to reach both sides by yourself. Everything is color coded. The bigest pain istalling this was routing the big wire to the battery. I used a fishtape to pull this through were the other wiring harness runs. Otherwise your probably pulling the skid plate off the bottom to get at it. The instructions that come with this thing are AWEFUL. There is confusing/ambigous text explaining unhelpfull grainy photos. Assume you'll be installing it by trial and error.
