  I bought these inexpensive boots for my son because his feet are growing so fast. I am impressed with the quality and protection of the boot. They are a very good value. He likes the feel and the buckles are easy to use.

  Alpinestars Tech 8 Light Boots

  Nice boot but for this kind of dough....I would have passed. I have only had one other kind of boot which was the cheapest boot I could find however, it was a quater of the cost. I splurged buying the tech 8s hoping for the best, but I really don't think the quality is where it should be. My biggest gripe with the boot is after two rides the "removeable" right boot starter protecter ripped off. Removeable is right. The front metal toe protection is lifted on one side. On the upside, the boot fits me pretty well (size 12). The very front of the boot over buckle 2 I believe doesn't have quite enough material to adequately cover the boot inner when fully buckled. I have a pretty skinny legs too. In summary: Pros: Light, fit pretty well, looks great, I feel fancy Cons: Right inner kickstart protector ripped off boot after 2nd ride, not quite the quality I was expecting. I would probably try a different boot upon next purchase....sadly.

  Great Mobility and Protection

  I bought these boots after nearly breaking my foot in a dirt bike crash. They provide great protection but the well-designed joints also allow you to bend your ankles just enough to facilitate walking around while restricting just about every other motion. If you're used to softer boots, these will take a little getting used to, but the protection is well worth it.

  Very pleased

  I purchased these boots because I needed a new pair and didn't want to spend alot of money. When the boots arrived I opened them and was really happy with what I saw these boots are very high quality and durable I have used them about 10 times and are still flawless you can tell that they were designed for people looking for quality on a budget definitely best bang for your buck!! I would recommend these to every rider trail or track.

  I'm In loooooooooovvvvvvveeeeeee

  I upgraded from the recent newer style of foxs to these, and I love them! I have used alpinestar amd fox both. If your going to go for the higher price tag DO NOT GET TECH 10s! These are Sooo much better, I have 30+ hours on mine and haven't worn at all! That's with a novice national rider on them. For the first week or two of riding the pivots will break in and will squeak a little bit. It's ok though. You just turn heads in the pits! Haha

  Excellent comfort and construction

  This boot is the best boot I have ever owned, which include the Alpinestar Tech 8 and many others. It does not take any time to break in, it is comfortable right out of the box. It is an extremely high quality boot. Make sure to get a size larger than normal, it runs small. I wear 10.5 and ended up with a size 12 boot.
